Career engagement records had not previously been matched to post‑graduation outcomes at the student‑ID level at this Center. I led the pilot that built the match, and I wrote the 12‑page report.

Findings

84.2% of the international student population engaged with the Center at least once.

In the validated Class of 2024 cohort, engaged students were employed at 64.6% compared with 37.8% among non‑engaged peers, a gap of 26.8 percentage points.

Employment rates rose monotonically across all five tiers of engagement intensity, with no reversal.

It discusses selection effects, accounts for 153 students with unconfirmed outcomes and documents a data‑entry error found in a source file rather than correcting it silently. Three peer‑reviewed sources are cited in the text (Berwick et al., 2025; Hirschi et al., 2014; Rossi Long, 2025).
