Converting multi‑page international CVs into recruiter‑readable, ATS‑aligned U.S. resumes, taught as a repeatable method rather than a one‑time edit.

How the U.S. job market actually works for international students: employer incentives, timing structures and where the unwritten rules live.

Strategic Career Decision‑Making Engine

A structured decision method for career forks: framing options, weighing evidence and committing with a documented rationale.

Last Responsible Moment

A timeline‑mapping tool that locates the last responsible moment for each career decision, so students act on sequence and evidence instead of panic. Integrated into Section 05 of the curriculum.

AYCP Career Market and Decision Tracker

A working system for tracking applications, market signals and decisions in one place. The most directly used tool in the cohort's own feedback session.
